The parameters of success of an educational institution are radiated in the lives that it enriches. With her progressive programming, Ms. Ritambhara Chauhan leads the chair of Titiksha Public School. This institution is her dream child , the dream of nurturing the nation and soaring in its glory. Her pious intentions culminated in the initiation of Titiksha Public School in Rohini in 1986, marking a substantial move towards advancing literacy and empowering the generations.

Ms. Ritambhra Chauhan is the embodiment of progress and courage. She seizes each opportunity to change things for the better, be it the upgradation of infrastructure of the school or the endeavours towards moral strengthening of learners, to mould the school as a dynamic and sustainable ecosystem. She imbibes the grace of a humane heart and promotes service before self and integrity before success. As a true visionary, our Chairperson upholds the attributes of dedication towards the cause of nation building and passion towards empowering individuals.

Dr. Arun Kumar Bhatia is a distinguished educator and administrator with over 38 years of experience in shaping young minds. As a retired Principal of a Government Sarvodaya School in Delhi, he brings valuable expertise in academic administration and Team Building . Holding a Science degree and Master's in English, Philosophy, and Mathematics.

Dr. Bhatia has also researched in "City in Indian English Fiction." His leadership skills were enhanced through training at prestigious institutions like IIM- Ahmedabad, Judge Business School Cambridge University, UK, British Council, and Delhi Technological University. Additionally, his stint in the Indian Air Force instilled discipline and strategic leadership abilities.

"The key to accomplishments is the knack for opportunities and the art of execution. " Ms Radhika Pahwa, Principal of Titiksha Public School follows a ‘learner-centred’ approach. The expanse of her horizons ensures that her students fare favourably both within and beyond the confines of the school. She comes with a deep understanding of the National Curriculum Framework and supports the school management and Leadership in building the School on goals of academic rigour, creativity, and community service by ensuring the implementation of the Academic Calendar. She is also an integral part of the assessment team that ensures the efficacy of the teaching-learning process. Ms. Pahwa is Gold Medalist in Master’s Degree in Economics and Bachelor’s degree in Education. She is a learning pedagogue with over 12 years of rich experience in imparting education and training.
She enables students to become independent, lifelong learners and promotes intercultural awareness to foster tolerance, respect, and empathy. Ms. Pahwa plays an active role in supporting the management in school review and improvement framework to develop strategic future planning and accountability while establishing trust among the team for the required changes. She has been at different leadership roles in The Heritage School and Shiv Nadar School. She drives pastoral initiatives to promote Student Leadership Structures by closely working with and mentoring the student leaders who are a part of the student council. Ms. Pahwa regularly engages with all the stakeholders (parents, students, staff, leadership team) and conducts initial interviews for prospective students and new staff members.
